Cooling Systems

Water cooling systems are used for many applications in aquaculture, including reduction of temperature for better spawning control, temperature control in some high rate recirculation systems and protection against high ambient temperature.

Aqua Systems (UK) Ltd. have been installing temperature control systems in aquaculture operations for over 15 years. Chilling systems are used for many applications in aquaculture including slowing down of egg development rates, provision of preferred temperatures for stock and cooling of recirculated water systems.
All units and systems are custom built and can be integrated into any piping systems, taking into account existing filtration and pumping systems. The units can either be built in existing or new buildings, or fully containerised for easy transport and siting...with the containerised systems, all the farmer has to do on delivery is to connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the container and connect the electrical supply. Systems come complete with alarm and control panel, which features digital temperature indicators, pump alarms, high and low fish water temperature alarms blocked heat exchanger alarm. Full operation and technical manuals are supplied, along with a 1 year warranty, full technical support from our engineers and the availability of maintenance contract and call out services.
