Aqua Systems can supply either standard sections of screen material or screen punched to order
| Standard Screens Standard screens are available in a wide range of holes and slots, including round, square, round cornered square, round cornered rectangle, square cornered rectangles. Our experience over the years is that the easiest screens to clean are rounded corner rectangles (mounted vertically if on a cylindrical screen). Standard sheet sizes are 1.5m x 3.0m or 1.0m x 2.0m and are available from 1.0mm to 2.5mm thick. When ordering standard sheet, we require the following information:

Custom Made Screen Material NO WASTAGE! Are you fed up with paying for screen material only to find that you waste about 30 -40% of it when cutting to your sizes? We supply the sheets cut to your specifications….no waste…and no cut fingers. We can also supply the sheet pre-rolled to make life much easier for you if you are making top hat screens etc. All screens have no perforations at the top, bottom or vertical edges. When ordering your custom screens, we require the following information:
