Tank Windows
When did you last really see your fish?
With ever increasing reliance on farm automation, many farmers find themselves 'losing touch' with the fishTank Windows are becoming much more popular as a method of keeping in touch with what is actually going on in the tank. We all see our fish from the surface and when they are being handled.....................
tank windows add a new dimension to tank management!
| ■ | Checking the condition of the fish 'en-masse' in their own environment (ie. not flapping about in a net or in your hand. |
| ■ | Checking of feeding response... watch the fish throughout the column feeding...... not just those at the surface |
| ■ | Using tank lid? This is a much less stressful way to observe your stock (for you and the fish!) |
| ■ | Great for teaching aids, public farms and research work for observing fish behaviour. |
| ■ | Catch infections in early stages by observing signs such as bulging eyes, lesions and excessive mucus growth much earlier. |

The windows are approximately 20cm² (although other sizes can be made to order) and are made of a studded 316 stainless steel frame, which fixes inside the tank, and a strong Perspex window, which fixes outside the tank. The unit is sealed with a silicone beading. |
